Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.  

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging. Please also ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fee

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns to cover the cost of processing and ensuring the returned product is in its original condition and packaging.

Refund Processing Time

Please allow up to 10 business days from the time we receive your return for your refund to be processed.

Return Shipping Label and Instructions

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back to us without prior authorization, as they will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Sale Items and Gift Cards   

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days of our approval, please contact us at admin@comowatertech.com.
