Shipping, Delivery & Installation

Water Doctor fulfills orders by delivery, shipping, or store pickup depending on the product.

Systems and Installation

• Product prices do not include installation unless the item is specifically identified as an installation service.
• You may purchase a system for delivery without installation.
• If you purchase both a system and an installation service, we normally coordinate delivery and installation for the same appointment.
• Most installation appointments are scheduled within 1 week, subject to product availability, address, site access, and appointment availability.

Accessories and Replacement Parts

Accessories, replacement cartridges, UV lamps, sleeves, and maintenance supplies are available for shipping or store pickup only. Installation is not included.

Delivery Timing and Charges

Available delivery or shipping methods and any charges are shown at checkout when supported for your address. Large systems and installation orders may require Water Doctor to confirm access, plumbing conditions, and scheduling after the order is placed.

Store Pickup

Wait until Water Doctor confirms that your order is ready before travelling to the pickup location.
