Innovative Multi-stage Filtration System: The Water Doctor GF3 800GPD RO Systems adopts an innovative multi-stage filtration process to effectively remove large particles such as heavy metals, chemical impurities, silt, sand, etc. Each stage has a specific function to ensure the final water quality:
Stage 1: PPC Composite Filter (Pre-Filter)
Function: This is the system's first line of defense, primarily designed to protect the RO membrane. It is made of advanced PP cotton and a carbon rod. The outer PP cotton layer, with a filtration accuracy of 0.5 microns, effectively intercepts larger particles like silt, sand, and rust. The inner carbon rod then strongly adsorbs chemical impurities, especially residual chlorine, which prevents damage to the membrane.
